Jeffrey R. Matsen continues to give back to the legal and financial community by presenting for the National Business Institute's (NBI) seminar for Continuing Education of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants. On October 14, 2008 he will lecture on "Key Issues Impacting Entity Selection" in a live teleconference. On December 11&12, 2008 he will present at the NBI's Seminar on "Advanced LLC Issues" in Irvine and Los Angeles.

Lisa M. Allred, MBA

Paralegal

Lisa Allred’s areas of skilled proficiency are in Estate Planning, Trusts and Estate Administration. Her commitment to our clients helps them achieve the peace of mind which comes from the knowledge that their affairs are not only in order and well thought out, but that their instructions and directives are being honored.

Lisa’s proven abilities in the areas of Probate, Trust litigation support, Conservatorships and Guardianships provide our clients with the high degree of professionalism, skill, judgment, confidence and dependability they deserve and are accustomed to. Approachable and steadfast, Lisa possesses a strong work ethic: “Our clients want to make sound decisions, and need to know their privacy is being guarded. Not only am I focused on helping ensure those objectives are being achieved, but I feel a personal sense of responsibility for making certain their legacy is being protected,” she says.

Lisa holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in International Negotiations and Finance, as well as a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. She ranked among the top 10 percent in her class standing, and is a recipient of the Loyola Marymount Academic Excellence Award in Economics.

Tommy Nemat

Tommy Nemat is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a degree in Business Administration. Currently a law student at Loyola, Tommy’s area of emphasis is in business law. He serves in Wealth Strategies Counsel’s business formations department, assisting our team in vital and numerous ways. His keen attention to detail assures that our business clients’ annual filings, corporate minutes, by-laws and stock certificates are up to date, current and being filed in a timely manner. Whether it’s communicating with our various attorney services offshore, or following up with Secretary of State Offices here in the United States, Tommy’s reliability and trustworthiness serves our clients in fundamental, essential ways.

Homa Hariri’s skills and talents in the area of administrative support serve the clients and staff of Wealth Strategies Counsel with the highest level of personalized attention, competence and ability. Our clients appreciate Homa’s professional attention to detail, her quick responsiveness, and enthusiastic support of their various needs. A graduate of the Norwich City College of England, Homa’s areas of responsibilities include all Administrative Assistant duties, as well as serving in her capacity of Legal Assistant in Wealth Strategies Counsel’s Estate Planning Department.
